Go to https://csrgenerator.com/, fill out the form and submit.
Note: feel free to use any domain names in the Common Name field but do not enter IP address even you are creating a CSR for IP SSL.
By clicking Gererate CSR you will get the CSR and Private Key, before you close the result popup window, make sure SAVE them in a safe place for later use.
